Splux adopts the most advanced and mature three-step forging process to ensure product quality and provide maximum customization capability and ultimate precision.

· Is your finish a powder-coating process?

Yes! Splux offers in a vast array of powdercoated finishes. All wheels are held to the highest standards of finish quality.

· What's your warranty policy?

Each Splux Wheel set ensures a lifetime of reliable performance with a structural warranty and DOT approval, supporting your journey every mile of the way.

· Do you offer sponsorship for my ride?

Yes. We do offer a partial sponsorship/brand ambassador program available which we offer various perks and benefits to approved individuals. Special discounts are available for show builds and social media influencer account vehicles. Please send an email to sales@spluxwheels.com “Sponsorship Application” as the email subject. · Why are Splux wheel prices increasing across all collections?

Splux conducts an annual price review, taking into account raw material costs, manufacturing and finishing complexity, supply chain conditions, and production capacity planning. The adjustment ensures every project receives the highest engineering standards and quality control.

· Why do prices differ between series?

Each series has unique design, material, and engineering complexity. Pricing reflects the custom engineering and production effort required for each wheel set.

· I just placed an order. Will I be charged the new price?

Orders confirmed prior to the price adjustment will be honored at the original price and will not be affected by the update.

· Does Splux offer price protection?

Yes. Splux provides a Price Protection Guarantee: if a public price reduction occurs within two years of your order confirmation, we will credit 3× the difference in cash, ensuring long-term fairness and stability.

· I’m a new customer. Will this price change affect me?

Yes. All new orders will be processed at the updated price. Each year, Splux limits service to only 300 new clients to maintain engineering precision and personalized attention for every project.

· I’m an existing customer. What price applies to my new order?

New orders are charged at the current public price. Previously confirmed orders remain at the original price.

· If my wheels are damaged and I need to replace two rear wheels, do I pay the old or new price?

Replacements due to personal reasons will be priced at the current public price. VIP or Apex Circle members may receive additional support, but pricing follows the current published policy.

· What is the Apex Circle?

The Apex Circle is Splux’s private, long-term membership program for collectors who value safety, craftsmanship, and long-term ownership. Members enjoy Apex Care, Family Garage Registry, Insider Privileges, and Circle Invitation Privileges, with gradual access to Signature Privileges, supporting both long-term ownership and your family automotive legacy.

· Who can join the Apex Circle?

Customers automatically become Apex Circle Insider Members with their first Splux wheel set purchase. This program is exclusive to long-term collectors and is not publicly open.

· What benefits does the Apex Circle provide?

Apex Circle supports long-term clients with engineering and ownership continuity, ensuring wheels maintain peak performance over time; Family Garage Registry to unify all household vehicles under one account; and priority production and exclusive recognitions, with Signature Privileges unlocked as your membership progresses.

· Do I need to purchase a wheel set to learn more about the Apex Circle?

You can explore the Apex Circle on our website, but membership is granted only after your first Splux wheel set purchase.

· Can I invite friends to join the Apex Circle?

Yes. Apex Circle members have Circle Invitation Privileges, allowing them to invite new members based on their membership tier. Invited friends become Insider Members upon completing their first Splux wheel set purchase. As a referring member, you earn additional Build Credits for qualifying purchases made by your invitees, while they retain their own membership benefits.
