Pricing Policy
1. Pricing Philosophy
At Splux, public pricing is not driven by promotions, flash sales, or seasonal discounts.
Every wheel set is engineered specifically for the vehicle, factoring in fitment, structure, offset, and design constraints.
For this reason, public pricing remains consistent throughout the year and is not subject to percentage-based discounts or time-limited sales campaigns.
This structure ensures fairness, engineering integrity, and long-term pricing stability.
Note: Public pricing applies to all standard quotations and published references.
2. Annual Price Review & Adjustment Schedule
Splux conducts a structured annual price review once per year.
If a pricing adjustment is required, the process follows a fixed and transparent timeline:
- Price adjustment notice is issued on February 1st (MST)
- New pricing takes effect on March 1st at 12:00 AM (MST)
Pricing adjustments, if any, are evaluated based on:
- Raw forged material costs
- Manufacturing and finishing complexity
- Global supply chain and market conditions
- Production capacity planning to maintain controlled project volume and delivery timelines
Any price updates are:
- Applied uniformly across all projects
- Communicated clearly and transparently
- Never retroactively adjusted for confirmed orders
This approach allows Splux to:
- Maintain consistent engineering quality
- Avoid overloading production capacity
- Ensure realistic and reliable delivery schedules for every custom project
3. Price Protection Guarantee
To protect long-term customer trust, Splux offers a Price Protection Guarantee:
If a customer’s custom wheel set experiences a public price reduction within two (2) years from the order confirmation date,
Splux will provide three times (3×) the price difference as cash compensation.
This policy reflects our confidence in long-term pricing stability and commitment to fairness.
4. Membership-Based Service Structure
Splux operates under a private membership-based customization model.
Certain long-term members may receive non-public, relationship-based considerations as part of their ongoing partnership with Splux.
These considerations are:
- Not published or advertised
- Not standardized or guaranteed
- Not applicable to public pricing or one-time orders
They are determined individually and reflect long-term trust, project history, and service scope, rather than transactional discounts.
Membership privileges do not alter Splux public pricing structure.
5. VIP & VIC Recognition Program
For selected VIP and VIC members, Splux may extend private acknowledgements such as:
- Service priority
- Engineering flexibility
- Project-level considerations
- Invitation-only brand experiences
These acknowledgements are relationship-based recognitions, not public promotions or discount programs.
They are not disclosed publicly and are not available through request.
6. VIP & VIC Rebuild & Replacement Support
For VIP and VIC members, Splux provides priority support for wheel replacement or re-production in the event of damage caused by road hazards, accidents, or unexpected usage conditions.
Because Splux wheels are fully custom-engineered, replacing a single wheel outside of the original set typically involves significantly higher costs due to:
- Individual re-tooling and setup
- One-off forging and machining
- Independent finishing and quality control
Under normal circumstances, purchasing a single wheel separately can cost up to $600 more per wheel compared to ordering a full set.
As part of our VIP & VIC recognition, eligible members may receive:
- Re-production pricing below standard market replacement rates
- Priority engineering and production scheduling
- Consistency in design, finish, and specification matching the original build
This policy is designed to ensure that long-term Splux members are protected not only at the time of purchase, but throughout the entire ownership lifecycle.
Being an Splux VIP means long-term cost efficiency, continuity, and peace of mind — not just preferred pricing at checkout.
7. Brand Appreciation Months
Splux occasionally hosts invitation-only Brand Appreciation Months for long-term members.
These initiatives are designed to:
- Recognize loyalty
- Strengthen long-term collaboration
- Offer private brand experiences
They are not public sales events, not promotional campaigns, and do not represent changes to public pricing.
