Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works:

We offer a Partial Payment option to provide greater flexibility for your custom order.

Initial Payment (Online): Pay 50% of the total order value upfront during checkout.

Remaining Balance (Final Payment): Pay the remaining 50% after production is completed and before shipping.

Payment Structure

  • Initial Payment (Deposit):
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase.
    This deposit becomes non-refundable once the engineering drawings are confirmed and production has begun.

  • Final Payment Methods:

    • Online Payment: Complete the remaining balance via a secure payment link sent via email or SMS. We accept bank cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Order Confirmation

Your order will be officially confirmed only after the initial deposit has been successfully paid.

You will receive an email or SMS containing:

  • Order summary and deposit receipt

  • Final payment amount and payment instructions

Delivery Process

  • Once Final Payment is Received:

    • You will be notified when production is complete.

    • Once the remaining balance is paid, your order will be shipped.

    • No additional payment is required upon delivery. Please inspect your package before signing for it.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Initial Deposit:

  • Fully refundable if the order is canceled before order details confirmation.

  • If 2D/3D engineering drawings have already been completed, a $400 engineering design fee will be deducted from your deposit refund in case of customer-initiated cancellations.

  • If the engineering drawings have been approved and production has already begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Final Payment:

  • For custom-made products, final payments are non-refundable if the cancellation is due to customer reasons.

Discount & Promotion Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to orders placed using the Partial Payment option. The initial deposit amount remains fixed and cannot be altered by promotions.

Agreement Confirmation

By choosing the "Partial Payment" or "Start with 50% Deposit" option during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
