SPLUX Wheels Celebrates a Successful Corvettes on the Island 2026

On August 16, 2026, Corvette owners and enthusiasts gathered at the Ford Yacht Club in Grosse Ile, Michigan, for the 2nd Annual Corvettes on the Island—and SPLUX Wheels was proud to be part of it.

Hosted by Steve Grybel and our customer Mick Ong, the show brought together Corvettes from across generations, from early American classics to the latest performance models. Despite a couple of brief rain showers, the energy stayed high and the community came out in full force.

With three trophies awarded in each Corvette generation, along with special pick awards, the event celebrated more than pristine builds. It recognized the individual stories, personal choices, and years of passion behind them. Guests also enjoyed music, food and drinks, a 50/50 raffle, and plenty of time to connect with fellow Corvette owners. View the official event website.
